We take our Rigid camera through an accessible access port from the main waste line to the city tap/septic tank. We look for breaks, separations, tree roots, sags, etc. that may be present in the line. We provide the agent/client with a thumb drive for easy access. We can also send a YouTube link upon request.

The amount of time an inspection takes can vary depending on square footage, services performed, whether the property is a single family dwelling, condo, and etc. However, on average, inspections last about 3 hours without a sewer scope, and about 4 hours with a sewer scope.

Yes! Each inspector is certified and holds their own licenses. We make sure each inspector is personally certified/licensed as needed. See our “About Us” section for further details about each of our team members.

No. We are not code inspectors. Every municipality has different codes and ordinances, however, we are not the ones checking for these items.

Same day reports! You only have to wait on a radon report if it hasn’t been set ahead of time to receive its 48 hour minimum requirements for real estate testing. All other reports (ie: whole home, termite/WDI report, sewer scope) will be delivered the same day.
